Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you'll be warmly greeted by our representative who will assist you to pick up and You'll then be transferred to your luxurious hotel in Kathmandu, where you can relax and unwind after your journey.

From Kathmandu to Soti Khola usually takes around 8 to 9 hours depending on road conditions and traffic. The trail is approximately 141 kilometers (88 miles), and takes you through scenic landscape with mountains, rivers and rural villages Soti Khola is often the starting point for the Manaslu Circuit trek. Soti Khola is about 730 meters above Sea level. Overnight in hotel at Soti Khola.

The trek starts at Soti Khola following a trail that meander through lush forests, terraced afields and charming, picturesque villages. While hiking on the Budhi Gandaki River, you will come across many suspension bridges and scenic waterfalls. The trek has steep ups and downs but offers great views of the surrounding area. The trail distance is about 14 km, and the journey will take about 6-7 hours. Height of Machha Khola is 870 M. Once you reach Machha Khola, you will be taken to the hotel to rest and relax after the long trek.

Have breakfast in the morning and get ready to trek to Jagat. The trek from Machha Khola to Jagat is a beautiful journey through the middle of the Budhi Gandaki Valley. The trek passes by picturesque villages, lush forests and beside the roaring Budhi Gandaki River. You will cross many suspension bridges and cross narrow paths carved into the mountains. The altitude of Gagat is around 1340 meters above sea level and the trek will take around 7-8 hours. You will pass by many beautiful waterfalls, suspension bridges and villages. The trail will cover several villages such as Khorlabesi, Tatopani, Dowan and Yarufat. Once you reach the world you will spend the night in a hotel/Lodge.

Wake up early to catch the young sunrise,have your breakfast and get ready for the trek. The trek from Jagat to Dyang takes you deep into the Manaslu Conservation area, passing culturally rich villages, dense forests and stunning landscapes on this trek offers blends natural beauty with Gurung and Tibetan cultures. The altitude of Dyang is about 1800 meters and the trek will take about 7-8 hours. You will pass by many beautiful villages such as Salleri, Sirdibas, Filim and Ekale Bhatti. Once you arrive in Dyang, you will be transferred to the hotel.
The journey from Jagat to Dyang is a captivating journey through the heart of Manaslu region. It offers trekkers the opportunity to experience a variety of scenic landscapes from dense forests to high mountain valleys, as well as the rich cultural heritage of the local communities.

The journey from Dyang to Namrung is a scenic and culturally rich journey through the Manaslu region. As you climb ascend, you will see snow-capped mountains, dense forests and typical villages. Start your trek from Dyang with descent to the Budhi Gandaki River, gradually ascent to the Bihi Phedi village. Trek through dense forest and along the river to the dense village. After Ghap, it crosses the Budhi Gandaki River multipal times and climbs steeply into the forest. The last section involves a gradual ascent to Namrung. The trail passes through forests and pastures and offers panoramic views of the Himalayas. The duration of the trek is 6-7 hours and the altitude of Namrung is around 2630 meters. Once you reach the beautifull village Namrung you will stay at hotel/ lodge.

Have breakfast in the morning and get ready for the trek. The trek from Namrung to Samagoun is one of the most beautiful and culturally rich parts of the Manaslu Circuit trek. This section takes you deep into the High Himalayas, offering breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains, glaciers and ancient monasteries. The altitude of Samagoun is around 3520 meters and the trek will take 6-7 hours. You will pass through the famous village of Lihi, known for its Chorten and barley terraces. Ascend to village of Shyala (3500m), which offers breathtaking views of Manaslu, Himalchuli and other peaks. As you approach Samagoun, the landscape clears up, and you can see the surrounding mountains and glaciers. Get into the hotel, have tea or coffee, explore Samgaon and relax from the long trek.

Samagoun is a crucial place to acclimatization, as it helps your body adjust to the altitude and prepares you for the ascent to the higher passes and peaks of Manaslu region. After breakfast, make your way to Pungyen Gompa, as it is located 4000 meters above sea level. The monastery is located on a hill overlooking the valley. Come back to the hotel or can have packed lunch have delicious lunch, and you will visit Birendra Lake, which is located at about 3450 meters, a little distance from Samgaon, Birendra Lake is a glacial river lake with turquoise water. Get back into the hotel, relax and explore Samgaon. Overnight at the hotel.

Start your trek early in the morning to make the most of the day and enjoy the morning light over the mountains.The trek from Samagoun to Samado is a short and gentle climb, allowing you to pace yourself as you go up the gradual increase. This part of the trip is filled with stunning mountains, traditional Tibetan villages and a peaceful atmosphere. Throughout the journey, you will see breathtaking views of the Himalayas, including Mount Manaslu and other nearby mountains. The trail follows the Budi Gandaki River, offering beautiful views and the tranquil sound of rushing water. See wildlife such as blue sheep, Himalayan tahr and various bird species. Samado is 3875 meters above sea level, the journey from Samagaun to Samado will take 4-5 hours.
You will pass Larkya Bazaar, this is a small market between Nepal and Tibet. Continue the journey on the Budi Gandaki River. The trail climbs gradually, but the descent is not steep at all. Enjoy the green spaces and view the beautiful wildlife and flora. Arrive Samado before noon. The village is located at the foot of several majestic mountains and offers spectacular views. Check out the hotel and take a break from the trek and spend the night at the hotel.

After breakfast start your trek early in the morning to take advantage of the cooler temperature and to ensure ample time for acclimatization upon arrivel in Dharmasala. Trek from Samado to Dharamsala also known as Larke La Fedi is a crucial part of the Manaslu circuit trek as it positions you for crossing the challenging Larke La Pass the following day. There are various views, including Manaslu, Samado Peak and other surrounding peaks. The trek is rich in flora and fauna and gives you the opportunity to see blue sheep and other wildlife. You will cross a few streams along the way. These rivers are usually fed by melting snow and iglaciers. Dharamshala or Larke Pgedi is located at about 4460 meters above sea level. The duration of the day trek will be 5-6 hours, depending on the trekkers. Dharamshala is basically an upper-level camp with basic accommodation. This is an important stop to acclimate yourself to the weather before attempting the Larke La Pass.

Crossing Larkya La Pass is one of the most challenging and rewarding days of the Manaslu Circuit trek. From Dharamshala (Larke Fedi), the trek starts early in the morning to ensure you reach the pass before the wind picks up. This route offers spectacular views of the Himalayas, making the challenging climb well worth the effort. The highest point is Larkyala Pass at an altitude of 5106 meters and Bimthang at an altitude of 3590 meters above sea level. The day trek from Dharamshala to Bimthang would be around 8-10 hours. The initial climb is steep and needs careful trekking. The road is rocky and could be covered in snow.
Once you reach the pass, enjoy the panoramic views around the surrounding mountain ranges like Himalung Himal, Cheo Himal, Kanguru, Annapurna II etc. The journey down to Bimathang is descent long and steep in places. Take care on the rocky and potential Icey terrain. Reach the beautiful meadows of Bimthang surrounded by towering peaks and pristine landscapes. After a long day trek, relax, get hydrated and enjoy the serene surroundings of Bimthang.

After the challenging but rewarding trek through Larkya La Pass, an acclimatization day at Bimthang provides the perfect opportunity to relax, recover and explore the stunning surroundings. Take a walk through the lush meadows for great views of the surrounding mountains. Visit local tea houses and interact with friendly villagers and learn more about their culture and way of life. You can start the day with a scenic hike to Ponkar Lake, a beautiful glacial lake surrounded by stunning mountains. Come back to the hotel, relax with a local cup of tea and relax on the couch and local organic dinner in the evening.

To get the most out of the daylight, start your trek early in the morning to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The journey from Bimthang to Gho is a descent through beautiful rhododendron forests, pastures and traditional villages. This part of Manaslu region offers hikers the chance to experience a changing landscape and culture as you move from higher elevations to more temperate regions through pastoral lands with yak grazing and stone built houses. Gho is about 2515 meters above sea level. And trekking time to reach Gho will be 6-8 hours. You can make a short stop at Yak Kharka for a rest and a hydrate. After Yak kharka, you will trek to Surki village and arrive to Gho. Once you reach in Gho, you will be introduced to the local lifestyle with traditional houses and friendly locals. Enjoy a hot dinner at the Tea House serving local food. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, you will make your way to Dharapani. The journey from Ghot to Dharapani is a spectacular descent through lush forests, picturesque villages and terraced fields. Cross many rivers and streams, often via suspension bridges, adding an element of fun to the journey. Reach the village of Tilje, a great place for a short break and a chance to interact with the locals. Continue downhill through more forest and terraced fields. Along the way, there are beautiful views of the valley below. You will pass by Thonje village and reach Dharapani in the afternoon. This bustling village is a major stopover on the Annapurna region and offers a variety of facilities for travellers. Dharpani is located at an altitude of 1860 meters above sea level. The journey from Ghot to Dharapani will take around 6-7 hours. Enjoy a hot and delicious dinner mixing local and international cuisine. Relax and unwind after a long journey.

Traveling by private car from Dharpani to Kathmandu via Bensi Shahar road offers a scenic and scenic drive through a variety of landscapes, touched by rolling hills, terraced farms and picturesque villages. This route gives you the opportunity to experience the beauty of rural Nepal and relax after the trek. The road is kind of bumpy, but it is the part of the adventure. The distance from Dharpani to Bensi town is about 70 km, and from Bensi town to Kathmandu is 175 km. Once you arrive in Kathmandu you will be transfer to hotel.
