Mr. Jiban Neupane is the CEO and guest relations officer of Touch Planet Treks, and he has also been holding the position of guest relations officer. Since 2014,Mr. Jiban has been working in the tourism and hospitality field. He has been organizing several successful trekking and traveling packages. After finishing high school, he became interested in working in the hospitality sector. While he was doing his bachelor’s degree, he started to work in the tourism field. Now he is pursuing his master’s degree in English literature. Mr. Jiban has a long history and experience in the mountain trekking and tourism field. He started his career as a porter, carrying a heavy load in the high Himalayas, and trekking together with the tourists was the challenging part. Later he became a certified mountain trekking guide, and now he is the owner of Touch Planet Treks Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Jiban has visited multiple countries for the marketing purpose of the company.
Moreover, Mr. Jiban is an enthusiastic, service-oriented, and helpful guest relations officer as well as the Chief Executive Officer CEO of the company. He is always willing to help the guests; Jiban believes making them laugh and bringing happiness to the traveler’s face is his big achievement.
