Trekking to Everest Base Camp from Lobuche will take around 7 to 8 hours, depending on pace and weather conditions. You can eat a healthy breakfast to gain the power to trek to Everest Base Camp. Trekkers will arrive at Gorak Shep and can keep their luggage in the teahouse; you will be back after EBC. Lukla Airport, also known as Tenzing-Hillary Airport, is elevated at 2,860 meters, and Kathmandu Airport is about 1,400 meters. The flight from Lukla to Kathmandu will take around 25 minutes.
