Day 01

Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 m)

You will arrive in Kathmandu, and our representative will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. Travelle will do a check-in at the hotel, have tea or coffee, and rest for some time. We will meet our trekking team and do the trip briefing. Travelers will have leisure time to walk around Thamel, and in the evening, you will have your dinner. Travelers will prepare their bags and be ready for tomorrow's trek. You will get back to the hotel and overnight have rest.

Day 02

Drive from Kathmandu to Machha Khola (890 m)

You will wake up early in the morning, have your breakfast, and get ready for the trip to Machha Khola. At about 6 am, you will move from the hotel to get the bus. The Kathmandu to Machha Khola distance is about 160 kilometers, which will take approximately 8 hours. Travelers will pass by beautiful landscapes, traditional villages, small settlements, rice fields, and the Trisuli and Budi Gandaki Rivers. During the driving journey, you will have a lunch and a tea break. Travelers will cross the Trisuli River, Dhading District, and Salyantaar and arrive in Aarughat. Indeed, from Salyantaar, you will be experiencing the bumpy road in scenic mountains and traditional villages. You will trek to Jagat from Machha Khola. It will begin your trek along the Budhigandaki River, crossing the small streams, beautiful landscapes, and traditional villages. Along the way, there are charming Gyrung villages, hot springs, and wonderful suspension bridges. From Machha Khola to Jagat, it will take around 6 to 7 hours to trek, which is about 10 to 12 kilometers. The altitude of Jagat is approximately 1,365 meters above sea level. On the arrival of Jagat, you will transfer to the cozy teahouse. Explore the beautiful surroundings, wonderful mountains, and charming beauties in Jagat. Day 04

Trek from Jagat to Deng (2,095 m)

You will have breakfast in the hotel and get ready for trekking to Deng. Today you will have a gentle climb over the stone-paved trail. Trekkers will be passing by the beautiful villages like Sallari and Sirdibas. The Mani walls, chortens, and ancient monasteries make your trek spiritual and amazingly peaceful. The trek from Jagat to Deng is about 15 kilometers off the beaten path. After approximately 5 to 6 hours of trekking, you will reach the Deng. Before reaching Deng Village, you will have explored Philim Village. Travelers will enjoy trekking through evergreen forests like bamboo and rhododendron forests with Himalayan views. On arrival in Deng, you will be transferred to the beautiful teahouse or lodge. The Deng is approximately 2,095 meters above sea level. In the evening, have your organic, delicious dinner and overnight stay, and relax in your room.

Day 05

Deng to Namrung Trek (2,630 m.)

Trekkers will wake up in the morning, have their breakfast, and start trekking to Namrung. From Deng to Namrung, it will take around 5 to 6 hours, and it is about 14 to 15 kilometers. The trek starts by crossing the suspension bridge over the Budi Gandaki River. During the trek, you will explore Mount Manaslu, Himlung Himal, Ganesh Himal, Sringi Himal, and other beautiful mountains. Travelers will be passing through traditional villages, subtropical forests, and alpine meadows. The altitude of Namrung is 2,630 meters above sea level. On the arrival of Namrung, you will be transferred to the beautiful tea house and explore the beautiful surroundings. In the evening, you will have your dinner and overnight stay and relax.

Day 06

Namrung to Samagaun (3,530 m)

Samagaun is one of the best acclimatization spots, and you will have a Manaslu base camp day hike. Namrung to Samagaun is about a 14 to 16-kilometer trek, which takes 5 to 7 hours as a day hike. You will trek to gradual uphills, passing through Banjam, Lihi, Lho, and other beautiful villages. Diverse landscapes and dramatic Manaslu views make your trek wonderful. Trekkers will also be exploring Ribun Monastery and the breathtaking scenery of mountain views. Trekkers will have break time and lunchtime along the way. Day 07

Acclimatization in Samagaun hike to Mt. Manaslu base camp (4,800 m)

Today you will have a wonderful acclimatization before high-altitude passing Rui La Pass and Larkya Pass. You will have your morning breakfast in Samagaun and a day hike to the Manaslu base camp (4,800 m) viewpoint. You will start an uphill day hike to the Manaslu base camp and pass the Birendra Lake. The day hike to Manaslu base camp would take about 6 to 7 hours back and forth. Trekkers will have a picnic lunch during the day while hiking to Manaslu base camp. The base camp trek is challenging, and it's a glacial trekking path. You will be exploring the beautiful Manaslu peak, the breathtaking glacier, and some part of the Larkya peak. In the late afternoon, you will arrive in Samagaun and take a rest. In the evening, have your delicious dinner and overnight stay, and unwind in the teahouse.

Trek from Samagaun to Samdo (3,875 m)

Today you will be trekking to Samdo from Samagaun. You will have breakfast in Samagaun and start the trek to Smado. You will walk through alpine meadows, pastureland, and beautiful landscapes. Trekkers will be following the upper valley of the Budi Gandaki River, encountering the glacier views and beautiful surrounding peaks. Furthermore, trekkers pass by beautiful mani walls, chortens, small settlements, wooden bridges, and beautiful mountain glaciers. Samagaun to Samdo is about 10 to 12 kilometers, and it will take 4 to 5 hours to trek. The altitude of Samdo is approximately 3,875 meters. Will arrive in Samdo in the early afternoon, and you will transfer to the beautiful teahouse and overnight stay to unwind after your delicious dinner.

Day 09

Samdo to Dharamshala (4,465 m.)

Trekking from Samdo to Dharmshala is a thrilling and wonderful Himalayan journey in the Manaslu region. After the morning, you will start trekking to Dharamshala. The Dharmshala is also known as Larkya La Phedi. The trail will lead you to a steady ascent along the Budi Gandaki River. You will be exploring beautiful snow-capped mountains, dramatic landscapes, glaciers, and alpine meadows. The altitude of Dharamshala is about 4,465 meters, and it will take about 5 hours, depending on the trekkers' pace. On arrival in Dharamshala, you will be transferred to the cozy and warm teahouse. You will be exploring the beautiful surroundings and, in the evening, having your dinner and an overnight stay to relax.

Day 10

Dharmshala to Larkya La Pass (5,106 m.) and Bimthang (3,590 m.)

Today is a demanding, adventurous day of the Manaslu Circuit trek, which will have the challenging Larkya La Pass. You will wake up early in the morning and start trekking at about 3 am in the morning. The adventurous Larkya La Pass is about 5,106 meters above sea level. You will climb to Larkya La peak, exploring the beautiful Himlung Himal, Kanguru, Choe Himal, and other surrounding mountains. Trekkers will be standing up in Larkya La and exploring the panoramic views of the Himalayas and the Manaslu region. You will be descending to Bimthang, which is icy terrain and beautiful snowland.

Trekking from Dharamshala to Larkya La Pass and descending to Bimthang will take approximately 8 to 9 hours, which is a snowy trail with wonderful landscapes. Bimthang is about 3,590 meters above sea level. Once you arrive in Bimthang, you will be transferred to the cozy teahouse or lodge. You will be having rest after the long and challenging pass, Larkya La. In the evening, have your delicious dinner and overnight stay, and unwind in your room.

Day 11

Trek from Bimthang to Dharapani (1,860 m)

You will have morning breakfast in Bimthang and trek to Dharapani. The trail will lead you to the gentle descent through beautiful alpine meadows and yak pastures. Trekkers will be exploring the beautiful Pongkar Glacier and Tilije village and crossing a beautiful suspension bridge. The lush greenery and warmer temperatures make you more interested in nature. Trekking from Bimthang to Dharapani will take approximately 6 to 7 hours, depending on the trekker’s pace and weather conditions. Today you will have a relaxing day; there is no need to have physical walking and demanding challenges. You will have a scenic drive to Kathmandu from Dharapani to Besisahar and Kathmandu. Have your breakfast in Dharapani and enjoy the beautiful surrounding views of mountains and the traditional village. There will be a comfortable shared or private vehicle, depending on your request and packages. During the scenic drive to Kathmandu, you will be exploring lush forests, terraced rice fields, streams, and the Himalayan River. You will pass by Besisahar, Trisuli, and Dhading and arrive in Kathmandu. During the travel, you will have lunch and a tea break in the middle of the journey. The Dharapani to Kathmandu drive is about 175 kilometers, which will take 8 to 9 hours.
