Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 m.)

Travellers will be arriving at Kathmandu airport; we will be welcoming you and transferring you to the luxury boutique hotel. You will have your beautiful room check-in and rest for some time. If there is time to have a leisurely city walk, we will go for a local market visit. You will do shopping and preparation for tomorrow’s treks. Overnight, get back to the hotel and go to rest; have a good sleep for tomorrow’s bus travel.

Day 2: Kathmandu to Chame (2,670 m.) via Besisahar (760 m.) Drive

Today you will wake up early in the morning, you will have your morning breakfast, and you will get ready for the trip. Kathmandu to Chame via Besisahar is about 240 kilometers, and it will take around 10 to 12 hours to drive. The altitude of Besisahar is about 760 m, and Chame is about 2,670 m. During the drive journey, you will have a beautiful exploration of charming villages, the Trisuli and Marsyandhi rivers, rice field terraces, and amazing landscapes. You will have lunch, and tea breaks during the travel to Chame. From Kathmandu to Besisahar, you will have a comfortable tourist bus/car/or jeep, depending on the travelers' group. However, from Besisahar to Chame, you will go by jeep. The road is a bit bumpy, but you can have serene mountain views, which are part of the mountain adventure.

Day 3: Chame to Upper Pisang (3,300 m.)

Today you will be trekking to Upper Pisang. After having morning breakfast, you will start the trek to upper Pisang. During the trek, you will be exploring beautiful snowcapped mountain peaks like Annapurna II, Annapurna IV, Pisang Peak, and other mountains. The trails follow the Marsyangdi River and pine and rhododendron forests. Moreover, trekkers will be exploring ancient monasteries, unique Buddhist culture, and small villages. Chame to Upper Pisang will take 5 to 6 hours to trek, which is about 12 to 14 kilometers. Upper Pisang is about 3,300 meters above sea level. Day 4: Upper Pisang to Manang (3,500 m.)

Today is your second trekking day in the Annapurna Circuit guided trek. You will have your breakfast and start the trek to Manang. Pisang to Manang will take 7 to 8 hours, which is 15 to 16 kilometers. Trekkers will have beautiful views of Annapurna, Gangapurna, Pisang, and other mountains. The ancient monasteries in Ghyaru and Ngawl are beautiful to visit. Trekkers will be experiencing the unique Tibetan-influenced Buddhist culture and traditions. You will follow the Marsyangdi River and gentle trails with beautiful landscapes. Upon arrival in Manang, you will be transferred to the beautiful teahouse or lodge. Explore the beautiful Manang; tomorrow, you can hike to Manang Ice Lake, Gangapurna Lake, or other beautiful places. In the evening, you will have your dinner and stay overnight to unwind.

Day 5: Acclimatization in Manang (3,500 m.)

You will wake up in the morning and explore the beautiful surroundings in a good morning vibe. There is the option to hike either Manang Ice Lake or Gangapurna Lake and the viewpoint. The Manang ice lake is located at 4,600 m, and it will take 6 to 7 hours for a round-trip trek. Whereas for the Gangapurna lake and viewpoint, it is about 3730 meters, and it will take 2 to 3 hours for a round trip. Hence, those who are fit and enthusiastic about hiking to the mountain can visit Ice Lake. If you are tired and want to relax more, consider visiting Gangapurna Lake and the viewpoint. After returning from the day hike, you will have lunch and relax for a while. Explore Manang and its beautiful surroundings. You will have a delicious evening dinner in the hotel and go to bed overnight.

Day 6: Manang to Tilicho Base Camp (4,150 m.)

Trekkers will wake up in the early morning and will have breakfast in the hotel. Today we will be trekking to Tilicho Lake base camp. The altitude of Tilicho base camp is about 4,150 m, and it will take 6 to 7 hours to trek, depending on the trekkers' pace. The trekking trail from Manang to Tilicho Base Camp is a moderately challenging yet beautiful exploration. You will pass by Khangsar and Sri Kharka and arrive in Tilicho Base Camp. During the trek, you will be exploring ancient stupas, terraced fields, yak pastures, Gangapurna peak, Tilicho peak, and beautiful landscapes. On arrival at Tilicho Base Camp, you will be exploring the beautiful surroundings at a high altitude. You will have rest with sipping of Himalayan tea or coffee. In the evening, have your dinner and rest overnight in the cozy teahouse.

Day 7: Visit Tilicho Lake (4,920 m.) and Trek Down to Sri Kharka (4,080 m.)

You will start the trek to Tilicho Lake before sunrise, so you will have a beautiful sunrise view from wonderful Tilicho Lake. The altitude of Tilicho Lake is about 4,920 m, and it will take 5 to 6 hours from Tilicho base camp to Tilicho Lake and back. You will explore amazing Tilicho Lake, beautiful Gongapurna Himal, and Tilicho Peak, which looks amazing. We will try to get back to base camp for lunch; however, we could have lunch near Tilicho if you get hungry. We will get back to the base camp and have a rest sometime after lunch. You will trek to Sri Kharka, which will take 2 to 3 hours. The altitude of Sri Kharka is about 4,080 meters. Overnight stays unwind in a comfortable teahouse at Sri Kharka.

Day 8: Sri Kharka to Yak Kharka (4,020 m.)

Trekking from Sri Kharka to Yak Kharka offers a gradual, scenic view of the Marsyangdi Valley and surrounding Himalayan peaks. You will have your morning breakfast and start the trek to Yak Kharka. Trekking to Yak Kharka will take 4 to 5 hours, and the elevation is about 4,020 m above sea level. The trekking distance is approximately 10 kilometers from Sri Kharka to Yak Kharka. Trekkers will be exploring the beautiful Annapurna ranges, the Gangapurna Himal, beautiful villages, and alpine meadows. Yak Kharka is a beautiful place to stay overnight on the Annapurna Circuit trek. Have a rest and explore the beautiful surroundings of the Annapurna region. You will have a delicious evening dinner and overnight stay, relaxing in a cozy teahouse.

Day 9: Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4,540 m.) or High Camp

The Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi trek is like a base camp of the Thorong La pass, where you will be exploring the beautiful Himalayan surroundings. The Annapurna Circuit trek takes you from the yak pastures of Yak Kharka to the foot of the Thorong La pass. The beautiful scenery of icy streams, mountain cliffs, and amazing alpine terrain will make you amazed and peaceful. Trekking from Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi will take 4 to 5 hours, and it is an 8-kilometer trek. The altitude of Thorong Phedi is about 4,540 meters. Day 10: Trek from Thorong Phedi to Muktinath (3,760 m.) via Thorong La Pass (5,416 m.)

Trekkers will wake up early in the morning and have their morning breakfast or take it packed. Around 4 am, you will start trekking to Thorong La pass, which is one of the highest Himalayan passes in the world. You trek from Thorong Phedi to High Camp (4,800 m.) and trek to Thorong La Pass (5,416 m.). Thorong Phedi to Thorong La pass will take around 4 to 5 hours to trek, depending on the trekker’s pace. From Thorong La Pass to Muktinath, it will take 3 to 4 hours to descend. Hence, the trek from Thorong Phedi to Thorong La and Muktinath will take 7 to 9 hours, and it is about 15 to 16 kilometers. The sacred Muktinath temple is located at 3,760 meters.

Jomsom has a flight option to Pokhara if you skip the Ghorepani Poon Hill route. From Muktinath Temple to Tatopani, the driving distance is about 110 kilometers. The altitude of Tatopani is approximately 1190 meters above sea level. Tatopani is a popular natural hot spring, where you can relax in a natural spa. Once you arrive in Tatopani, you will have natural hot springs, explore the surroundings, and overnight stay at a comfortable teahouse.

Day 12: Tatopani to Ghorepani (2,860 m.)

You will wake up in the morning, get refreshed, and have your morning breakfast. Start the trek to Ghorepani, which is a popular trekking destination in the Annapurna region. You will pass by beautiful villages like Sikha, Chitre and reach Ghorepani. Trekkers will trek through the Kaligandaki River, uphill to Gurung and Magar villages, lush forests, and beautiful landscapes. Poon Hill is about 3,210 meters, and it will take around one hour to hike from Ghorepani. You will have beautiful views of the Annapurna ranges, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Fishtail, and other beautiful snowcapped peaks. You will get down to Ghorepani and have your delicious breakfast in the hotel. We will trek down to Birethanti and drive to Pokhara via Nayapool. Trekking from Ghorepani to Birethanti will be a downhill and level trek, with beautiful dense rhododendron forests, streams, and beautiful villages. The trek from Ghorepani to Birethanti will take around 4 to 5 hours, depending on pace.

From Birethanti, you will drive to Pokhara by private jeep, which will take 2 to 2.5 hours. Once you arrive in Pokhara, you will be transferred to the luxury boutique hotel where you will relax.
